The work will take place in the Laboratoire d'Etude du Métabolisme des Médicaments (LEMM) at CEA Saclay. LEMM develops analytical tools to support drug development and biomarker discovery in close collaboration with clinical teams, and is part of the MTH infrastructure (MTH-Saclay). It has been developing metabolomics approaches since 2002, accumulating expertise in LC-HRMS-based profiling of plasma, urine or tissues and cell extracts. LEMM is also strongly involved in research projects dealing with quantitative metabolomics, metabolite identification & structural elucidation, spectral database setup, and isotope-assisted strategies. The laboratory is equipped with an analytical platform of a dozen of LC-MS systems: 6 low resolution instruments (QqQ) and 7 high and very high resolution instruments (TOF & Orbitrap).
